High Park Cherry Blossoms

Hello, my friends!

I haven't posted any photos here in a while, but if you've been by my instagram page lately, you'll note that it's been much more active. I guess I should remember to share the pretty pictures on my blog too!

So, let's take a little flashback to the beginning of spring. The cherry blossoms are long gone now, and the weather is getting warmer (and rainier!) in Toronto... but back in April, they were in full bloom, and they were absolutely beautiful. Here's a little peek at the beauty that nature provided Toronto in early spring:

If you're interested in any of these photos as prints, just drop me a line either through the comments or by email, and I'll upload them to my storefront on Imagekind. From there, you can choose any size print, and if you want it matted or framed - everything is to your specification!

New Contest - win my cottage life print!

To celebrate 1000 followers on Instagram, I'm giving away my "Cottage Life" print to one (or perhaps two!) lucky winners.  It's easy to enter - and the contest is running on both Facebook and Instagram.

To win:

1. Make sure you're following Superflash Photography on Instagram and/or on Facebook

2. Tag a friend on this post who might also want to win a print.  If you're both following at the time of the contest end, you'll both get a print.

3. Share any photo from  Superflash Photography with the hashtag #superflashcontest - Very important, as this is how I will track the entries!

All entries will be put into a random selection draw, and the winner will be announced and contacted by direct message either on Facebook or Instagram on September 30.

Good luck!

Magical Newfoundland

My favourite part about being in Newfoundland for work is getting to go out on photo adventures.  Recently, I had a chance to visit the Twillingate area, and though I've been up there many times before, this time, I darted in and out of a bunch of little coves along the way.  It was amazing to see some new perspectives, in an area that I thought I knew well!

Here's a few shots:
